Infosys announced a share buyback worth ₹18,000 crore, with the window opening on November 20 and closing on November 26. The shares will be bought at a price of ₹1,800 each from shareholders who held the company's shares as of the record date of November 14. The buyback will be conducted on a proportionate basis through the tender offer route.
