Infosys once again accused rival Cognizant, headed by former Infosys executive Ravi Kumar, of poaching employees. Infosys accused Cognizant CPO Kathryn Diaz and Americas division head Surya Gummadi of poaching ex-Infosys employees Shveta Arora and Ravi Kuchibhotla, now Cognizant consulting head and CSO respectively. Responding to Mint, Cognizant said Infosys is continuously attempting to mislead.
