Following poor performance of Infosys in the March quarter, the first non-founder CEO of the company, Vishal Sikka's annual compensation has dropped by 40%. Sikka received only $6.7 million (₹43 crore) for the last fiscal, instead of $11 million (₹71 crore) that included variable pay based on performance targets. Some senior executives also got only half of their variable pay.
