Infosys' Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Nilanjan Roy has resigned from his position citing "personal reasons for exploring external growth opportunities". The company has named Jayesh Sanghrajka as the new CFO of Infosys, who will replace Roy on April 1, 2024. Sanghrajka has worked at Infosys for 18 years across two stints and is currently serving as Deputy CFO, Infosys said.
