Infosys completed the acquisition of US-based Optimum Healthcare IT, a digital transformation and consulting firm focused on healthcare providers. "[The deal] will unlock AI-powered, large-scale cloud and data transformation initiatives for healthcare providers," the IT major said in a statement.
