Infosys has denied the media reports that claimed that the company laid off 500 employees following the Royal Bank of Scotland contract loss. Infosys said there were a "few separations" due to "performance and disciplinary issues", which take place on an ongoing basis. The number of people asked to leave was "far below" than the reported level, Infosys added.
