Infosys announced on Wednesday that its employee attrition rate continued to rise during the January-March 2022 quarter, reaching 27.7%. The attrition rate in Q3 FY22 was 25.5% and in Q4 FY21 was 10.9%. Infosys' employee count increased 20.95% YoY from 2,59,619 to 3,14,015 in Q4 FY22, with a majority of them being software professionals.
