Infosys has said that its top performers have received a 20-25% salary hike while a large chunk has received 10-13% increment. It also said that it will try to reduce wage costs amid decreasing attrition levels. The company gave 40,000 promotions in 2021-2022 as compared to 8,000-10,000 annual promotions five years ago.
