Infosys announced the appointment of Nilanjan Roy as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 1 hour and 8 minutes after Airtel said he resigned as its Global CFO. Roy spent 13 years with Airtel, before which he worked for 15 years with Unilever across their global operations. He is a B.Com (Hons) graduate from Delhi University and also a Chartered Accountant.
