IT services company Infosys has launched a cash reward policy for senior employees helping the company with lateral hiring by conducting interviews of candidates. Effective from January 1 this year, the policy offers employees 700 points, equivalent to ₹700 per interview, ET reported. However, the cash incentives for hiring are limited to hirings within India, the report added.
