Infosys has rolled out a 65% average performance bonus for Q4FY25, down from 80% in Q3. Most employees received between 50% to 70% of their target bonus. The cut comes amid falling profits, muted client spending, and a tough business climate. The bonus will be credited with May salaries to eligible staff at mid-level and below.
