Infosys plans to move up to 33% workforce into AI roles

Infosys is reportedly planning to move between 25% and 33% of its workforce into specialist roles focused on AI, advanced engineering, data and domain expertise. The company is also targeting a team of around 6,000 frontier engineers. Infosys has already trained hundreds of thousands of employees in AI as it reshapes its workforce amid the industry's shift towards AI-first services.
