Infosys has reportedly stopped sending offer letters to candidates through emails. The candidates will only be able to access job application details through the company's internal system. The move is reportedly aimed at curbing fraudulent recruitment practices while also preventing candidates from "window shopping" by using the offer letter to bargain for better salaries with rival companies.
