Injured chicken given security cover in Punjab

A case of animal cruelty has come to light in Punjab's Bathinda on Wednesday, where police saved the life of a chicken from a rooster fight and are now providing security cover to it. A case has been filed under Animal Cruelty Act. The chicken is also an evidence the police said would be used against the accused in court.
