Inox Green Energy launches ₹300 crore QIP

Inox Green Energy Services has opened a QIP to raise ₹300 crore, with an option to upsize to ₹400 crore. The indicative price is ₹165.65 per share, a 5.15% discount to market price. Emkay Global is the banker. A 60-day lock-in applies to the company and promoters.
