Insolation Energy Ltd formed a new subsidiary, MGVI Green Infra Three Private Limited, with ₹1,00,000 authorised capital. The subsidiary will focus on solar power plant development. Insolation Energy holds a 60% stake with a ₹60,000 investment. Bengal Finance & Investment Pvt Ltd, owned by Ashish Kacholia, invested ₹40 crore in Insolation Energy via a preferential issue.
