A ₹64.92 crore insolvency plea, plus 18% interest from  May 9, 2025, has been filed under IBC Section 7 by Kuber Industries directors against GlobalBees, a major FirstCry subsidiary. The petition, now at NCLT Delhi’s admission stage, will be contested by GlobalBees. FirstCry’s parent, Brainbees, reported FY25 Q4 losses and recent BIS action, but says impact is uncertain.
