Instacart has sued Cornershop, grocery-delivery startup that Uber last year said it is acquiring, over alleged IP theft. Instacart alleged Cornershop stole thousands of its copyrighted images to use across their app and website and modified file names to conceal ownership of images, among other things. It added Cornershop failed to comply with a cease and desist letter by Instacart.
