Instacart's Apoorva Mehta sued by NextMed for creating copycat startup

Instacart Inc Co-founder Apoorva Mehta was accused of using stolen trade secrets to create a healthcare brand called Sunrise that was allegedly a copy of an existing company. Hello Logistics Inc, operating under the name NextMed, sued Mehta, his business partner Tejasvi Singh, and their company Cloud Health Systems over misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement and other claims.
