Photo sharing platform Instagram had 13 employees in 2012 when it was acquired by Facebook for $1 billion. Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom reportedly got about $400 million from the deal which included a mix of cash and stock. Notably, Instagram CEO's net worth crossed $1 billion on Tuesday, on account of surge in Facebook shares.
