Instagram's new 'Quiet Mode' will help users take a break from the app. It turns off notifications, changes profile's activity status to 'In quiet mode' and sends an auto-reply on direct messages about the mode. "Anyone can use 'Quiet Mode'...but we'll prompt teens to do so when they spend a specific amount of time on Instagram...late at night," Instagram said.
