Instagram will allow users to post both photos and videos less than one minute using their desktop web browser, starting October 21. The platform announced several features that will roll out this week, including a Collabs test to let two people co-author posts and Reels. Instagram will also begin testing feature to start nonprofit fundraisers from the new post button.
