PM Narendra Modi while campaigning in poll-bound Tamil Nadu on Tuesday said that insulting women is part of Congress-DMK culture. He added, "A few days ago, one of the MLA candidates of DMK, Mr Dindigul Leoni, made horrible remarks against women. DMK has done nothing to stop him." Leoni was criticised for saying, "Earlier, women's hips were like number 8."
