Reacting to Pahalgam terror attack, former Army chief General Shankar Roychowdhury said this is an "intelligence failure" and somebody must "answer for the lapses". "How did so many infiltrators manage to get through?" he asked. Shankar added that Pakistan and its agency ISI have a role in the attack in which 26 people were killed.
