US-based chipmaker Intel has eliminated 107 positions in the latest round of job cuts. The Intel layoffs have been announced as a part of the company's ongoing restructuring efforts. The layoffs were implemented at Intel's HQ located in Santa Clara, US. Besides cutting jobs, the company shut down its automotive unit.
