Intel has taken legal action against its former employee, Jinfeng Luo, for allegedly stealing 18,000 confidential files, including top-secret data, before he left the company. The chipmaking giant is seeking over ₹2.2-crore in damages and the return of all stolen data. Luo was an engineer at Intel and was terminated in 2024, as part of its layoffs amid cost-cutting measures.
