Interpreter breaks down as Ukrainian boy recounts Russian bombing

An interpreter broke down in tears while translating the testimony of a Ukrainian boy named Roman Oleksiv, who survived a Russian missile attack on a hospital in Ukraine's Vinnytsia in 2022, at European Parliament. The 11-year-old boy suffered severe burns in the attack and also lost his mother. He later underwent 36 surgeries followed by a long period of rehabilitation.
