Intuitive Machines announced an $800 million deal to acquire Lanteris Space Systems from Advent International, split between $450 million in cash and $350 million in stock. Intuitive Machines CEO Steve Altemus said the merger positions the firm as a next-generation space prime, with combined revenue topping $850 million and a $920 million backlog as of September 2025.
