Investors propose ReNew Energy to go private in $2.82 billion deal

ReNew Energy's major investors, including Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Masdar, ReNew Chairman Sumant Sinha, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, have proposed taking the company private in a $2.82 billion deal, as per SEC filings. The investors have offered to buy the shares at $7.07 per share.
