IPG Mediabrands India has undergone a strategic transition aimed at consolidating its position ahead of the anticipated Omnicom acquisition. Shashi Sinha, the long-serving CEO and industry stalwart, stepped into the role of Executive Chairman, while Amardeep Singh, CEO of digital arm Interactive Avenues, took over as CEO of IPG Mediabrands India.
