Taiwanese electronics major Foxconn has begun operation at its Bengaluru unit with the manufacturing of iPhone 17, in addition to the model's production at its Chennai unit, PTI reported. This comes after the production had faced an interruption since May, after hundreds of Chinese engineers left Foxconn's India facilities. Apple assembled 60% more iPhones in India in FY25.
