Jason Roy will not take part in the Indian Premier League 2024 due to personal reasons. They named hard-hitting England batter Phil Salt for the upcoming season starting from 22nd March. Roy was bought by the Kolkata Knight Riders franchise in IPL 2023. KKR named Phil Salt as his replacement for a base price of 1.5 Crore.
