Kings XI Punjab co-owner Ness Wadia has said that the IPL is an international tournament and needs international players. On the possible dates for conducting the tournament, he said, "There are too many variables for BCCI at the moment to even have a calculated guess." Earlier, Rajasthan Royals CEO Ranjit Barthakur had called for an all-Indian IPL.
