Lenskart has formalised compensation for its top management, with a total of ₹12 crore fixed as annual salaries for its co-founders, effective from April 1, 2025. Founder and CEO Peyush Bansal will draw ₹6 crore/year, while co-founders Neha Bansal and Amit Chaudhary will each receive ₹3 crore/year. This comes as the IPO-bound firm secured shareholder approval to raise ₹2,150 crore.
