Bootstrapped SaaS company Netcore Cloud has invested close to $100mn to acquire a majority stake in US-based start-up Unbxd Inc., which offers AI-powered search-personalization. The company revealed that it plans to add 500+ engineers, developers, and data scientists skilled in Java, Python, PHP, Angular, Kotlin, Kafka, MongoDB and Vertica in the next nine months.
