Vikram Kapoor, an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and Deputy Commissioner of Police, has allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself at his residence in Haryana's Faridabad. He's believed to have shot himself with his service revolver. While the reason behind the extreme step is yet to be known, reports claimed the officer had been upset for some days.
