Saudi Arabia on Monday said that its forces intercepted and destroyed a number of drones coming from the Iraqi territory. Saudi Arabia's Defence Ministry said that the attacks were launched from Iraqi territory and carried out by Iranian-backed "terrorist militias". The drones attempted to target petroleum facilities in the eastern region and Riyadh.
