Iranian Parliament Speaker MB Ghalibaf took to X on Friday and wrote that two of the measures mutually agreed upon between the parties amid the war have yet to be implemented. These are- a ceasefire in Lebanon and the release of Iran's blocked assets. "These two matters must be fulfilled before negotiations begin," he added.
