Iran received the second batch of humanitarian aid from Russia, totalling 313 tons of medicines, the Russian Emergencies Ministry said. The aid was delivered by rail to the Astara border crossing in Azerbaijan, where it was handed over to Iranian officials. The Russian Embassy in Iran said that it also handed over 150 tons of food for distribution in Iran.
