Iran has responded after US President Donald Trump said that a big force was heading toward Iran. "This military buildup - we hope it is not intended for real confrontation - but our military is ready for the worst-case scenario," a senior Iranian official said. "We will treat any attack...as an all-out war...and...respond in hardest way possible," the official added.
