'Bhagya Lakshmi', an Indian-flagged tanker, was denied passage on Saturday by Iranian Revolutionary Guard Navy following closure of Strait of Hormuz. In an audio, Iranian authorities were heard saying, "There's no permission for you to use Hormuz Strait. You are ordered to go back to your port immediately." India reportedly gave list of 21 ships with Iran for coordinated movement.
