Israeli military has said that it eliminated Behnam Shahriyari, the commander of the Quds Force's Weapons Transfer Unit in Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, in a precise strike. "Shahriyari was responsible for...weapons transfers...to [Iran's] proxies across the Middle East...[He] also commanded the transfer of...millions of dollars annually to...terrorist organisations," it added.
