The Delhi High Court has ruled that Union Minister Smriti Irani and her daughter Zoish never owned the Goa restaurant which Congress leaders alleged had an illegal bar license. It further said that the leaders' statements were "in the nature of slander...with malicious intent". The leaders were directed to remove the social media posts in which the allegations were made.
