Iranian police have arrested an Afghan national who is suspected of stabbing 10 people to death in a village following a quarrel over land, state media IRNA reported on Monday. Four Iranians and six Afghan nationals were killed in the incident and one farm worker was injured, the report added. The accused was reportedly mentally unstable.
