Iranian warship that was attacked by US in Indian Ocean was "unarmed and unloaded" at the time of the attack, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Saeed Khatibzadeh said. "It cannot go with impunity for those who actually did that," he said on the sidelines of the Raisina Dialogue in India. The ship was returning after attending the Indian Navy's Milan exercise.
