The government is all set to sell up to an 8% stake in IRCON through the offer-for-sale (OFS) route. The government is reportedly planning to raise Rs 1100 crore via the OFS route. IRCON will open the OFS for non-retail investors on December 7. "Govt would divest 8 per cent equity, including greenshoe option," DIPAM Secretary Tuhin Kanta Pandey said.
