The IRCTC on Monday announced to extend its online booking timing by 15 minutes, post the introduction of newly imported HP Itanium servers. Currently, passengers are allowed to book tickets till 11:30 pm on IRCTC website after which it shuts down the main server for one hour. The new procedure will make the website unavailable for 45 minutes only.
