Trinity College in Ireland's Dublin has given voice to a 200-year-old London plane tree by using AI under its 'Talking Tree' project. There are sensors connected to the tree which measure its bioelectrical signals and feed them to an AI large language model. The model then translates signals into human language, which is heard as if a human is talking.
