Hours after suspended Uttarakhand BJP MLA Pranav Singh Champion's video of brandishing guns while drinking alcohol went viral, he questioned, "Is drinking alcohol and keeping licensed gun a crime?" He said, "This is a conspiracy. They are licensed weapons and not loaded." He added, "I'm not pointing towards anyone or threatening anyone. What's the crime?"
