Is knee clicking normal or a sign of a joint problem?

Knee clicking is common and often harmless, caused by normal tendon movement or tiny air bubbles, says Dr Vinay Kumar Gautam. If there's no pain, swelling, or stiffness, it's usually not a concern. But clicking with pain may signal meniscus injury, ligament damage, or early arthritis and needs medical check-up.
